2 Cans of Lodi Fancy Sweet Peas
1 lb. Beef chunk roast
1 Medium onion (chopped)
2 Stalks of celery (chopped)
2 tbsp. Vegetable oil
2 tbsp. Tomato paste
1 tbsp. Paprika
1/4 cup of fresh dill
2 cups of water
Pinch of salt and pepper
1. Cook onion and celery in large skillet until onion is soft.
2. Add beef and cook for another 5 minutes.
3. Mix tomato paste with water in a separate bowl and add to pan.
4. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
5. Cook for 30 minutes, occasionally stirring until beef is tender.
6. Stir in the peas and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
7. Stir in the dill (leave out 1 tbsp. for garnish)
8. Garnish and serve.
