3 Cans of Lodi Cream Style Sweet Corn
2 tbsp. Butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of milk
3 Garlic cloves minced
3 tbsp Chopped chives
1 tsp. Chili flakes
1 Dash of salt and pepper
1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add your creamed corn, garlic, salt, and pepper—Cook for 4 minutes.
3. Add your cream cheese and milk. Stir until fully mixed.
4. Add shredded cheese and cook until it melts.
5. Serve and garnish with chives and chili flakes.
6. This recipe serves 3-4 people.
