Lodi's Corn Bread


can of corn
2 partially beaten eggs
1 - 15 ounce can LODI'S IDOL Cream Style Corn
1 - 15 ounce can whole kernel corn
1 cup sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
Ground black pepper, to taste
Jalapeno peppers, chopped (optional)
Grated cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a 13"x 9" pan. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 325 for 45-60 minutes, until done.
